TUSKEGEE, Ala. __ The Tuskegee men's tennis team is set to start its 2024 spring campaign with a pair of matches this weekend, starting with a home match on Friday versus Marion Military Institute.

Following a pair of matches and competing in the HBCU National Tennis Championships in Atlanta, the Golden Tigers will start their 2024 spring slate with a trio of games this weekend against Marion Military on Friday and a doubleheader against Montevallo on Saturday
Tuskegee brings in six newcomers to its 2023-24 roster. Those included in the incoming roster are
Tyler Alexander Ladge,
Kenneth Garrett,
Keith Moultriee,
Zamani Moyo,
Miles Shannon Wilson, and
Jack Shaw.
Meanwhile, nine players are returning from last season, led by All-SIAC post season performer
Torain Alleyne. Along with Alleyne, is
Josue Blocus,
Symon Brown,
Christopher Howard,
Noah Johnson,
David Larkin,
Ty'lon Miller,
Teryon Newbold-Hudson,
Eliyahu Pinkney, and
Philip Smith.
Head Coach
Gregory Green, the SIAC's 2023 Tennis Coach of the Year, begins another season as the Tuskegee tennis coach. Green led the Golden Tigers to a second-place finish in the SIAC Tennis Championship on the men's side, and quarterfinal round on the women's side this past year in Peachtree City, Georgia.
Most recently, the Golden Tigers finished the 2022-23 season at 10-5 and 8-2, before falling to Spring Hill in the championship round.
