TUSKEGEE, Ala. | The Tuskegee University men's tennis, fresh off of earning a bid to the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament later this week, will face Huntingdon College Monday afternoon at the PepsiCo Tennis Courts.
Tuskegee (3-12, 3-9 SIAC) has not played since facing Stillman on March 25, and faced Huntingdon earlier this season in match that was won by the Hawks 5-0 and called due to the wind and weather.
The Golden Tigers are led by
Oshane Trail who has posted a 5-3 mark in singles play, including 4-2 at number one singles. Trail is also 7-7 in doubles play, as he has played with four different partners this season.
Brandon Sewell is 4-6 in singles play this year, but is 4-4 at number three singles; while
Reggie Richardson is 4-3 in singles – including 4-1 at number five singles. In doubles play, the Golden Tigers have used eight different combinations and have recorded a combined record of 11-17 overall.
The two teams played earlier this season with Huntingdon winning back on February 22. The Hawks won both doubles matches and at number five singles before the match was called, while the other four singles matches did not finish.
The match begins at 1 pm on the campus of Tuskegee University.
