Tuskegee's pitching staff has seen several arms step up in recent outings. Reigning SIAC Pitcher of the Week
Richard Powell IV (1-3, 5.29 ERA) has been one of the Golden Tigers' top arms, leading the team in innings pitched (32.1) while collecting a complete game.
Isaiah Jones (4.88 ERA) has been effective in relief with 22 strikeouts in 31.1 innings, and
Mikelle Mason leads the team with four wins this season.
Tuskegee's pitchers will face a Point offense that has struggled with consistency, as the Skyhawks have hit .248 as a team with 14 home runs and 152 RBIs across their first 28 games.

ABOUT POINT (10-18, 6-9 SSAC)
The Skyhawks come into the matchup looking to snap a recent skid, sitting at 10-18 overall and 6-9 in SSAC play.
Despite recent struggles, they have been competitive in several close games this season.
Their offense is led by multiple hitters batting over .300, while their pitching staff has combined for an ERA above 6.00, making run prevention a concern.
On the mound, Point has had difficulty containing opposing offenses, with their staff allowing an average of over seven runs per game.
