TUSKEGEE __ The Golden Tiger softball team is ready to host the LeMoyne-Owen Magicians in a three-game home conference series, looking to extend a five-game winning streak.

SERIES INFORMATION
Dates/Times: Saturday, March 23 (12 p.m.) | (2 p.m.) | Sunday, March 23 (1 p.m.)
Location: TU Softball Field
 
Tuskegee is 16-17 this season and have won five straight games, dating back to the SIAC Round-Up in Hoover on March 14. In its last matchup, TU swept two midweek road non-conference contests against Talladega, outscoring the Tornadoes by a combined score of 20-2 in the doubleheader.
 
The Golden Tigers enter the matchup winless this season at home at 0-3, after being swept to start SIAC play at home against Spring Hill earlier this month.

LeMoyne-Owen is 1-12 this season and coming off being swept in a four-game series against Kentucky State last weekend.
 
The Magicians are batting .273 as a team with 84 hits, 14 doubles, two triples, and one home run, while scoring 60 runs and collecting 40 RBI this season.
 
Ziay Graves leads the team with a .405 batting average, to go along with 15 hits, four doubles, a homer, and 12 RBI this season. Kelby Harvey is also batting above the .385 mark at .390. Harvey has a team-high 16 hits, five doubles, two triples, and seven RBI.
  
The Magicians are led in the circle by Angel Contreaz, who is 1-8 this season with a 8.94 ERA and ten strikeouts in 51.2 innings pitched.
