ABOUT TUSKEGEE (3-3, 3-1 SIAC)
The Golden Tigers have seen significant contributions from quarterback Raequan Beal, who has thrown for 743 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, including a strong performance against Morehouse, where he tossed three touchdowns.

In the running game, Johnny Morris has been a steady force, rushing for 280 yards and four touchdowns. Chase Sellers has also added a spark to the backfield, rushing for 173 yards with an impressive 7.9 yards per carry. Running backs Desmond Leverette and Renoldo Spivey Jr. have also surpassed the 100-yard mark on the ground, with 143 and 114 yards rushing respectively.

Leading the receiving corps is Reggie Brigman, who has totaled 325 receiving yards, including a season-long 91-yard catch, and one touchdown. Fellow receivers Quavon Beckford and Gabriel Garmon have also provided production on the outside, with Beckford at 263 yards and three scores, followed by Garmon with 179 yards and one score.

The offensive line has continued to provide solid protection, allowing Beal to maintain a passer efficiency rating of 148.2?.

On the defensive side, linebacker Kaquan Kimber has emerged as a leader with 43 total tackles and seven tackles for loss, while Rossie Grimes has contributed 34 tackles and a key interception in earlier games, while Malik Moore also has over 30 stops with 31 total, six tackles for loss and four pass breakups.

The Tigers' defense has shown resilience, particularly in their ability to create pressure, amassing 11 sacks on the season, including two in the victory over Lane. They have also held opponents to just 102.7 rushing yards per game?.

ABOUT KENTUCKY STATE (2-5, 2-3 SIAC)
Kentucky State enters Saturday's contest with a 2-5 overall record and a 2-3 mark in SIAC play. The Thorobreds have been a tough competitor within the conference, with their season marked by close, hard-fought games.

Last week, Kentucky State narrowly edged Benedict 23-21 in a thrilling contest, showcasing their ability to compete in tight matchups. Despite their overall record, the Thorobreds have shown strengths in key areas, particularly in their rushing attack.

The Thorobreds' offense is built around a strong running game, averaging over 200 rushing yards per game this season. The backfield is led by Brett Sylve, one of the SIAC's top rushers. Sylve has accumulated over 600 rushing yards this season, averaging 5.2 yards per carry. Alongside Sylve, quarterback Jayden Starks has contributed both on the ground and through the air. Though Kentucky State's passing game has been more conservative, Starks has thrown for over 500 yards, providing enough balance to keep defenses honest.

Defensively, Kentucky State has struggled at times, particularly in pass defense. The Thorobreds have allowed an average of 226 passing yards per game, and opponents have exploited the secondary for big plays. However, the defense has been strong against the run, allowing just 140 yards per game on the ground, making them a formidable unit when it comes to stopping the rushing attack.
