ATLANTA, Ga. – The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) has announced its track and field weekly honors, released by the league office on Tuesday, as Gabriel Stephens was named Women's Track Athlete of the Week.
 
Stephens moved up a number of spots on the SIAC Outdoor Performance List after her weekend performance at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays running a 12.53 to place her eighth in the 100-meter dash. In the 200-meter dash, she finished with a time of 25.64 placing her seventh on the SIAC Outdoor Performance List.

This is the third Golden Tiger to earn a weekly honor as Saniya Keeton and Alana Thomas were named Track Athlete and Field Athlete of the Week earlier this spring.
