Box Score TUSKEGEE, Ala. – On the first day of the Warhawk Classic hosted by Auburn-Montgomery, Tuskegee volleyball dropped a match to the host Warhawks by a score of 3-0 on Thursday evening.
Participating in neutral site action for the second time in as many weeks, the Golden Tigers were led by senior
Erin Jackson (Marietta, Ga.) with three kills and six digs, along with freshman
Jakaiya Tutwiler (Memphis, Tenn.) who added three kills and a pair of digs on the day.
Freshman defensive specialist
Jelin Robinson (Tampla, Fla.) picked up five digs against the Warhawks, good for second on the team, while fellow newcomer
Madison Minga-Perry (Walkertown, N.C.) finished the game with two blocks, one kill, and a dig.
Tuskegee will return to play on Friday as they take on West Alabama at 11:30 am, followed by a match against conference opponent Edward Waters at 2 pm to close out weekend play.
