Florida Tech University scored three runs in the fifth inning. The big inning for Florida Tech University came thanks to singles by Alec Eldridge and Paul Castillo and a walk by Ford.
Steckley took the win for Florida Tech University. The bulldog allowed two hits and one run over three innings, striking out four and walking zero. #41 and #38 entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
Jalan Daniels took the loss for Golden Tigers. The righty surrendered six runs on five hits over five innings, striking out six.

It was a tough day on Saturday for Golden Tigers, who lost 14-2 to Florida Tech in the second game of the doubleheader.
Florida Tech opened scoring in the first inning, when Parrish singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.
The Panthers pulled away for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third Parrish singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run and Owens singled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.
Florida Tech scored five runs in the sixth inning. The offensive onslaught was led by Owens, Naggy, Schner, and Newton, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
Lorenz led the Panthers to victory on the mound, working six innings, allowing two hits and two runs while striking out two.
Hunter Hudson took the loss for Golden Tigers. The righthander lasted six innings, allowing 13 hits and 14 runs.
