TUSKEGEE, Ala. | The Tuskegee University baseball team hits the road for a three-game series beginning Saturday afternoon against Gulf South Conference member, the University of Alabama-Huntsville.
The two teams will meet in a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 12 noon, following by a single game on Sunday beginning at 1 pm.
Tuskegee (2-2) will send
Trey Nelson (0-0) to the mound in game one, who had a no-decision on opening day against Morehouse after going six innings and allowing four runs. In the second game on Saturday, the Golden Tigers will send
Christopher Emerson (0-1) to the mound. Emerson has seen action in two games out of the bullpen and was tagged with the loss against Morehouse when he gave up five runs (all unearned), but responded with a scoreless inning of relief against Selma this week.
