The two teams enter the game with identical 9-2 marks following their opening round victories over SAC schools - North Alabama defeating Newberry 50-7 and Tuskegee defeating Catawba 26-16.
The two schools are no strangers to one another, as they met two years in the opening round of the playoffs at Braly Municipal Stadium. The Golden Tigers have qualified for the playoffs in their first three years of eligibility, winning their first playoff game this past Saturday at Catawba.
North Alabama and Tuskegee have faced two common opponents this season with much different results. North Alabama defeated Miles (34-17) in the season opener and defeated UNC Pembroke (62-28), while Tuskegee fell to UNC Pembroke (29-17) and Miles (26-23).
