TUSKEGEE, Ala. | Pamela Allen and
Jamiah Breda-Nixon each recorded seven kills, but it wasn't enough as Tuskegee fell to Spring Hill 3-0 (22-25,16-25,11-25) in volleyball action at Chappie James Arena on Friday night.
Allen finished the night hitting .296 on 17 total attempts, while also recording a service ace. Meanwhile, Breda-Nixon finished the night hitting .438 on 16 attempts with one dig and one block.
Morgan Scrivens led Tuskegee (10-9, 8-6 SIAC) with 20 assists, while
Zahria Radford chipped in defensively with 13 digs.
Spring Hill (16-6, 13-1 SIAC) was led by Randi De'Armitt with 10 kills while hitting .444 for the match, and adding 13 digs. Meanwhile, Katelyn Bobinger added 10 kills while hitting .667 for the match.
Defensively, Julie Vujnovich added 11 digs and Dorina Klinger four block assists. Mallory Raulerson recorded four service aces and a match-high 36 assists for the Badgers, who finished hitting .422 on the night.
Tuskegee is off until next weekend when they travel to Mobile (Ala.) to play in the SIAC West Cluster #2 beginning Friday.
