Box Score HUNTSVILLE – The Tuskegee University Lady Golden Tigers held the Rollins College Tars to five runs, but were unable to get started offensively as they dropped the contest 5-1.
 
The Tars took a 1-0 lead over Tuskegee in the bottom of the second and solidified their lead with three runs in the bottom of the third. In the sixth inning the Lady Golden Tigers scored their only run on a RBI homer over center field.
 
Karisa Foye took the loss on the mound giving up seven hits, five runs, and two walks in six innings.
 
Stephanie Sullivan took the win for Rollins with after giving up seven hits, one run and two walks in 5.1 innings. Niki Fogle earned the save after pitching 1.2 innings.
 
Tuskegee will face the University of Alabama in Huntsville tonight at 6:00 p.m.
