After dominating the second set for their largest margin of victory this season, Tuskegee had to deny a strong comeback attempt from LeMoyne-Owen, edging out the victory in the fourth set after dropping the third set in the final match of the West Cluster. Allen and Rachel Brownlee combined for a total of 26 kills in the match for Tuskegee, while Zantrell Brown and Bethony Cousin combined for 22 kills in a losing effort.
LeMoyne-Owen lost the match in spite of having four players with a minimum of ten digs, and another player in Dontavia Rucker that had another eight digs. But, Tuskegee countered with a match-high 17 kills from Tanesha Foster, and finished with their highest attack percentage (.109) in the fourth and final set.
