TUSKEGEE, Ala. ^__ Tuskegee's women's basketball team is gearing up for a competitive road matchup against the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) on Sunday, November 14, at 4 p.m. CT at Kelly Court inside Spragins Hall.
 
Coming off a strong season opener with a 60-50 victory over West Alabama, the Golden Tigers aim to build on this success. UAH, meanwhile, stands at 1-1 for the season and will look to defend their home court advantage.

ABOUT TUSKEGEE (1-0, 0-0 SIAC)
In their first game, Tuskegee showcased a balanced offense and disciplined defense.
 
Key players included Brittney Bolin, who scored 14 points on 50 percent shooting from the field, and Jasmine Manuel, who notched an impressive double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds.
 
Other contributors included Hilani Cantone, scoring 11 points, and Alexandria Johnson, who added 10 points, showing the team's depth and offensive potential.
 
Defensively, Tuskegee held West Alabama to a low 26 percent field goal percentage, emphasizing their strength on the boards with a 44-38 rebounding edge.

The UAH Chargers enter the game with a 1-1 record. They suffered a narrow 70-74 loss to Florida Southern but bounced back with a 55-54 win over Rollins.
