MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Tuskegee University volleyball program will make its season debut on the court Friday evening when it battles Central State, LeMoyne-Owen (host), Kentucky State and Lane during the SIAC West Cluster in Memphis, Tennessee.

  • Crystal Hall
    • Was the best attacker on the team by a wide margin, leading the Crimson and Old Gold in points (362.0), points per set (4.16), kills (326), kills per set (3.75) and double-doubles (5). She is also the top returning server (21 aces) and blocker (23) that is coming back for the Tigerettes.
 
  • Santana Lewis
    • Topped the squad with 491 assists for an average of 6.22 per set to go along with four double-doubles.
 
  • Syncere Ellis
    • Led the Tigerettes in digs (267) and digs per set (3.18) while notching four double-doubles.
 
  • Erin Jackson
    • Averaged 3.09 points, 2.79 kills and 1.96 digs per set, appearing in 28 sets over eight matches in 2019.
 
  • Jazmine Green
    • Played in two sets, picking up a block assist and half a point during the 2019 campaign.

  • Takeba Dowden
    • Topped the Tigerettes in hitting percentage (.197) while accumulating 200.5 points, 166 kills, 82 digs, 22 blocks and 22 service aces in 2019.
 
  • Jayla Garrett
    • Fronted the team in service aces (27) while ranking second for assists (280) and assists per set (3.54)
 
  • Donovan Wingfield
    • Was top-three on the club for points (128.5) and kills (110) plus placing second for blocks (29).
 
  • Angela Goode
    • Led TU in blocks (33) plus blocks per set (0.46).
