Tuskegee allowed Montevallo to take a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning when senior
Khari Anderson reached on an error before scoring on a two-run homer to left field by senior
Tyler Krabbe., which eventually led to 5-0 victory over the Golden Tigers Wednesday afternoon in a non-conference tilt.

Jason Cryar reached on a walk in the bottom of the third inning before another two-run blast to left field by Krabbe pushed the Falcons' lead to 4-0, and senior
Ryan Brooks scored on an error by Tuskegee later in the frame to push the Montevallo lead to three runs.
Corey Stallings had the hot bat for TU going 2-for-2 at the plate. Domnic Johnson and Reginald Wiggins earned the other two hits for the Golden Tigers who only notched a total of four on the day.
Christian Marshall was credited with the loss for Skegee after pitching 4.1 innings and allowing five runs on four hits, two of those runs however were Earned Runs. Marshall also struck out a pair of batters on the afternoon.
Tyler Krabbe led the Falcons offensively as he finished 3-for-5 at the plate with a pair of two-run homers while driving in four runs and scoring two runs.

Ryan Brooks scored one run each in the victory. Five pitchers combined to record the shutout, with senior
Justin Whitley getting the day started with four strikeouts across four innings. Senior
Jesse Ellefson recorded four strikeouts in 1 2/3 innings in relief before junior
Chandler Ingram struck out the side in a perfect ninth inning.

Savontae Williams all saw action on the mound for TU.
The Golden Tigers welcome Bluefield State College for a double-header next week at Paterson Field in Montgomery. First pitch is set for 12:00 p.m.
