MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) men's basketball team ran their current season-long winning streak to four games with a 74-59 Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference win over the Tuskegee University (TU) Golden Tigers on Saturday evening at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center.

Travis Flagg led all scorers with 26 points as Tuskegee shot 40% (20-50) from the floor and 46.2% (12-26) from 3-point distance while losing nine turnovers to four Badger steals. After the Golden Tigers (3-16, 2-9 SIAC West) hit their first three shots of the night from 3-point land to build a 9-6 lead, the Badgers would claw back to take a slim 23-21 lead at halftime. SHC then used a 16-3 run to turn a 29-27 deficit at 18:04 of the second half into a 43-32 lead by the 12:47 mark highlighted by three 3-pointers from sophomore guard Gresyn Rogers. From there, SHC continued to build on their advantage to hold as much as a 68-50 bulge with just 1:38 left to play.
 
Roger and sophomore forward William Loyd each scored 16 points to pace the Badgers while junior forward Chase Shellman put 13 points on the scorecard. SHC shot a solid 58.1% (25-43) from the field and 52.9% (9-17) from 3-point range. The Badgers suffered 14 turnovers against five steals by the Golden Tigers, but controlled the boards by a 33-18 margin in rebounding. At the free throw line, SHC made 78.9% (15-19) of their foul shots.
