MOBILE, Ala. – The Tuskegee University Volleyball team dropped a Monday night road match at Spring Hill College 3-0 (25-13, 25-15, 25-14) in Mobile Golden at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center.
The Golden Tigers (6-25, 5-13 SIAC) got off to a quick start and kept the Badgers close at 7-7, but a 7-0 run by SHC gave the home team some breathing room that they maintained in route to a 25-13 win. The second set saw the Badgers bolt out to 10-3 advantage and never look back in a 25-15 decision. The third and final set was again close at the outset as the Badgers clung to a 7-6 lead, but an 8-1 run by SHC made a 10-8 margin into an 18-9 hole from which Tuskegee was unable to exit.
