TUSCALOOSA, Ala. | The Tuskegee University volleyball team had their three-match winning streak snapped, despite 13 kills from junior
Pamela Allen, as they fell to Stillman 3-0 (21-25,24-26,21-15) Tuesday night.
Donovan Wingfield added eight kills and three blocks, while
Jamiah Breda-Nixon added three kills in the loss.
Morgan Scrivens led Tuskegee (13-11, 11-8 SIAC) with 24 assists and three digs.
Nailah Pruitt led Tuskegee with five digs, while
Zahria Radford and Breda-Nixon each recorded four digs for the Tigerettes against Stillman (16-16, 12-8 SIAC).
Stillman was led by Sheila Dailey with 16 kills (hitting .519), while Shan Lewis-Brooks added 10 kills while hitting .292. Kendra Ramos led the way with a match-high 33 assists, while Danylle Everson added four digs.
Tuskegee returns to action against Oakwood University on Thursday. The match begins at 6 pm inside Chappie James Arena.
