MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Tuskegee Tigerettes dropped a huge road contest to the LeMoyne-Owen Lady Magicians, 80-42, dropping to 1-14 overall and 1-5 in the SIAC.
Finishing the first half two-points shy of 20-points, TU was never able to gain the upper hand in the contest. They allowed LOC to score 37-points going into the break.
The Tigerettes were able to score just 24-points in the final half, while giving up 43 to their opponent.
Antionette Brown led Tuskegee with nine-points, seven rebounds and one steal. Rachel Brownlee finished the battle with eight-points, six rebounds, two steals, one block and one assist.
Kaylen Ward added eight-points, two steals and one rebound.
The team finished with 36 rebounds, eight steals, sic assists and four blocks. Tenesha Wright paced the Lady Magicians with 15-points, four rebounds and two steals.
