ABOUT TUSKEGEE (10-9, 8-5 SIAC)
Tuskegee enters the contest averaging 66.6 points per game, holding opponents to 63.3 points per contest, giving them a +3.3 scoring margin.

The Golden Tigers shoot 43.3 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from three-point range, while converting 59.9 percent from the free-throw line. Their ability to control the glass has been a key factor, averaging 36.6 rebounds per game, slightly outrebounding opponents.

Leading the way for Tuskegee is Kevin Sesberry, who paces the team with 16.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game, shooting an efficient 42.5 percent from the field and 38.2 percent from deep. He is coming off a week where he averaged 24.5 points and 7.0 rebounds in a pair of road wins against Lane and Spring Hill.

Sesberry is complemented by Kusamae Draper, a dominant presence in the paint, averaging 16.1 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. Draper also had a strong week last week, averaging 23 points and 10 rebounds in the two wins, including a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds in the overtime win at Lane.

D'Anthony Pennington also adds firepower from the perimeter, contributing 12.8 points and 3.5 rebounds, while being a consistent facilitator with 2.9 assists per contest.

Defensively, Tuskegee has excelled at forcing turnovers, averaging 7.6 steals per game, led by Pennington and Rodney Walker Jr., who has also been instrumental in providing defensive stops and perimeter shooting.

ABOUT FORT VALLEY STATE (7-13, 6-7 SIAC)
On the other side, Fort Valley State averages 66.7 points per game, allowing 72.9 per contest, resulting in a -6.3 scoring margin.

The Wildcats are shooting 41.1 percent from the field and 28.7 percent from three-point range, with a 68.5 percent free-throw shooting mark. They struggle in transition, averaging 14.2 turnovers per game, compared to just 10.8 for their opponents.

Fort Valley State is led by Sayerr Senghore, who posts 12.6 points and 8.2 rebounds per game, making him a tough inside presence. Jaylen Jackson (10.3 PPG) and Hassane Diallo (9.5 PPG, 5.9 RPG) provide secondary scoring threats.

Defensively, the Wildcats have been active on the glass but have struggled with perimeter defense, allowing opponents to shoot 41.2 percent from the field and 29.9 percent from beyond the arc.

For Tuskegee, continuing its defensive intensity and rebounding advantage will be critical. The Golden Tigers will look to control the pace, capitalize on Fort Valley State's turnover issues, and limit second-chance opportunities. With their balanced scoring attack and strong perimeter defense, Tuskegee has the tools to secure another crucial conference win.

For Fort Valley State, protecting the basketball and improving shot selection will be necessary to overcome Tuskegee's pressure defense. The Wildcats must find ways to get Senghore involved early and often while also looking to improve their three-point shooting efficiency.

With both teams fighting for position in the SIAC standings, this matchup holds significant implications as the season progresses. Tuskegee has momentum on its side, but Fort Valley State will not go down without a fight in front of its home crowd. Expect a physical battle as the Golden Tigers aim to extend their winning streak in a tough conference road test.
