Tuskegee, Ala. — Tuskegee University Athletics has announced that tonight's scheduled women's basketball game, set for 5:30 p.m. inside the Daniel "Chappie" James Center, has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Both institutions are in communication to determine whether the contest can be rescheduled later in the season.

The Golden Tigers will now shift their focus to their next home appearance, a doubleheader on Wednesday, December 11, when Tuskegee hosts conference opponent Allen inside the Chappie James Center.

The women's game is scheduled to tip off at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men's contest at 7:30 p.m. The event marks an opportunity for both programs to return to play in front of the home crowd before Christmas as they continue their conference slate.
