ABOUT TUSKEGEE (5-6, 3-2 SIAC)
The Golden Tigers, currently holding a 5-6 overall record and a 3-2 mark in the SIAC, will look to continue their success in the conference after a strong performance leading into the break.

Tuskegee has been led by a mix of strong individual performances this season. Senior guard Kevin Sesberry has been a key contributor, averaging 15.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per game, and his shooting from the field has been impressive at a 41 percent clip.

Sesberry, along with fellow guard D'Anthony Pennington 13.6 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game, will look to continue their scoring and defensive presence.

On the inside, Kusamae Draper has provided balance on both ends of the court, scoring 13.6 points and leading the team with 5.3 rebounds per contest in 30 minutes of play.

The Golden Tigers have been solid on both ends of the court, averaging 66.0 points per game while limiting their opponents to 61.2 points. The team has also excelled in rebounding, averaging 36.0 boards per game.

Tuskegee's defense has also been strong this season, averaging 8.5 steals per game and 3.2 blocks, and the team will need to continue their tough defense to slow down Savannah State's potent attack.

ABOUT SAVANNAH STATE (5-5, 3-3 SIAC)
On the other hand, Savannah State enters the game with a 5-5 overall record and a 3-3 record in SIAC play, making this matchup a pivotal one for both teams.

The Tigers have had a balanced offensive attack, with standout players like Qua King (16.4 PPG) and Ayjay Plain (12.2 PPG) leading the scoring efforts.

The Tigers have been averaging 71.2 points per game and rely on a solid defensive effort to keep opponents under their average. They enter the game with a slightly higher field goal percentage at 41.2 percent, compared to Tuskegee's 42.5 percent.

The Golden Tigers' ability to execute in high-pressure situations will be tested, especially with the close nature of many of their games this season.

This game marks an important opportunity for Tuskegee to build momentum going into the second half of the SIAC season.

The Golden Tigers will need to capitalize on their strengths—rebounding and defense—while continuing to get consistent scoring contributions from the trio of Draper, Pennington, Sesberry, and others.

The game will be broadcast live at 4 p.m. ET, and fans can expect an exciting and competitive battle as both teams vie for crucial conference victories.
