TUSKEGEE, Ala. __ Tuskegee senior defensive lineman Jarell Culbreth has been selected and accepted the invite to participate in the 2025 HBCU Legacy Bowl, to be held on Saturday, February 22 at Yulman Stadium in New Orleans.
This prestigious invitation comes in recognition of his strong performances during the 2024 season. Culbreth played a pivotal role in Tuskegee's defense and made significant contributions throughout the year, finishing last season with 29 total tackles, including 3.0 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one quarterback hurry, one pass breakup, and one blocked kick.
The HBCU Legacy Bowl is a premier event that showcases the top NFL Draft-eligible talent from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and provides these athletes with exposure to professional scouts.
Culbreth's performance this season has been nothing short of impressive, with his leadership on the field helping to anchor the Golden Tigers' defensive line. He consistently put pressure on opposing quarterbacks and proved to be a disruptive force against the run, contributing to the team's defensive efforts.
