TUSKEGEE, Ala. __ The Tuskegee football team (7-2, 6-1 SIAC) travels to face rival Miles (6-3, 5-2 SIAC) this Saturday, November 4. Kickoff is slated for 4:00 p.m. CT inside of Sloan-Alumni Stadium, with the game airing live on ESPN+. The matchup is also the SIAC finale for both programs, as the Golden Tigers are looking to clinch a berth to the 2023 SIAC Football Championship presented by Cricket.

GAME NOTES
- Tuskegee (7-2, 6-1 SIAC) will face off against rival Miles (6-3, 5-2 SIAC) on Saturday, Nov. 3, at 4 p.m., inside of Sloan-Alumni Stadium for the final regular season conference game of 2023 on both sides. Fans can watch live on ESPN+ as well as listen live on the Black College Sports Network with Frank Lee (play-by-play) and Ken Woodard and Kindric Hooks (analysts).
- The Golden Tigers have dominated the series with Miles historically, leading 48-17-1, including a 7-3 mark over the last 10 and 20 of the last 25 meetings against the Golden Bears. The first game played between the two teams was in 1929, with Tuskegee winning, 39-0. TU also took matchup last season, earning a Homecoming win over Miles, 26-23, in double overtime at Abbott Memorial Alumni Stadium.
- Tuskegee and Miles will be meeting for the 66th time for the fourth-most played series in school history, trailing Morehouse (113), Alabama State (103), and Clark Atlanta (83), while being ahead of Morris Brown (54) to round out the five longest.
- The Golden Tigers are looking to secure their spot to the SIAC Championship game, as a win on Saturday would lock them in as the second seed in the conference standings. Those top two teams will meet in Atlanta, Georgia for the 2023 SIAC Football Championship presented by Cricket on Friday, November 11.
LAST MEETING
- Tuskegee won the 2022 meeting in dramatic fashion, as senior running back Donte Edwards barreled in for a one-yard score in double overtime to secure the 26-23 win for the Golden Tigers over Miles in their final Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) regular season game, in front of a crowd of over 35,000.
- Tuskegee, finishing the regular season at 8-2, 7-0 SIAC, welcomed fans back in full capacity to the newly renovated Abbott Memorial Stadium for the first time since the pandemic and won their first Homecoming game since 2018.
- The Golden Tigers extended their win streak on the year to eight games, finishing the regular season with their highest win total since 2017.
- TU outrushed Miles 207-126, while Miles outgained the Golden Tigers through the air 2-136. Miles gained 23 first downs to just 20 from Tuskegee, while the total yardage gained was separated by just five yards with Miles leading 348-343.
- Edwards led the way on the ground on the day with 19 carries for 120 yards and two scores, followed by Bryson Williams who gained 58 yards on 12 carries, while Taylor rushed 10 times for 29 yards and a score.
- Malik Moore recorded 12 tackles on the day (five solos), followed by both Zelly Aldridge and Jeremy Dees with seven each.
