Tuskegee University Cheer Program Accepting Applications for 2022-23 Team

TUSKEGEE – The Tuskegee University Cheerleading program is now accepting applicants for the upcoming 2022-23 calendar school year.

Tuskegee Cheerleading is an avenue through which students can express the fun side of being a part of a highly academic and competitive institution, provide community service, display and build upon a variety of necessary life skills and show school pride. In addition to their basic cheerleading responsibilities, the cheerleaders are ambassadors for the university.

Tuskegee University Cheerleaders are the essence of school spirit. They are energetic, creative, dedicated, and very talented young men and women athletes who work hard and excel on and off the field/court. Cheerleaders are chosen for the entire year and are required to participate in all squad functions, cheer at all football games, all home basketball games and during extended season play for football and basketball.

Tuskegee Athletics encourages all fans to unite and showcase their support for the school that we all love by contributing toward an area of campus that you are passionate about. Donations are the fuel that drives Tuskegee Athletics, helping to coordinate and administer gifts to the Athletics Department. These gifts are graciously accepted and provide funding for several aspects of men's and women's programs from endowing student-athlete scholarships to helping fund much needed facility improvements.
