Taurean Taylor (Scottdale, Ga.) has been named BOXTOROW National Player of the Week, announced Monday by the publication.
The senior carried the ball 21 times for 232 yards, including a 93-yard rush to secure the game, while averaging 11.0 yards per carry, and rushing for four touchdowns in the Golden Tigers' 49-34 victory over Central State. He also caught a pass for 21 yards.
Taylor will be highlighted on the nationally syndicated sports talk show BOXTOROW w/ Donal Ware which airs on radio stations across the country. A list of radio stations that carry the program can be found here
