The Tuskegee University baseball team will host rival Miles College this weekend in a four-game series at Paterson Field in Montgomery, Ala. The Pivotal battle gets underway Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. as TU looks to end a two game losing streak.

The Golden Tigers will be in search of their first win over the Golden Bears in the last 13 tries. The last victory was a 5-3 win in 2015. Four batters for Miles all post an average of .300 led by Alex Bentley, who leads the team with a .392 BA. Brandon Conner is first on the squad with 42 hits, 39 RBI and 31 runs. He is also tied for first with five homers. Despite their two game losing streak, MC has posted a 19-18 record overall and a mark of 11-5 in the conference.

One of the positives coming into the series is the fact that the Golden Bears are only 7-12 on the road. Corey Stallings carries TU with a .293 batting average. He and Dominic Johnson both have notched 27 hits and 13 RBi each.

Friday's doubleheader has a first pitch at 11:00 a.m. The two games on Saturday is listed as TBD. Please check mytuathletics via twitter for updates.
