Tuskegee University baseball team completed the clean sweep Saturday afternoon following a 9-1 victory in game one and a 16-0 shutout over the LeMoyne-Owen College in Memphis, Tenn.

Nytorious Cooler was credited with the victory for TU He lasted seven innings, allowing five hits and one run while striking out six.

The Golden Tigers launched one home run on the day.
Elgin Woodside had a dinger in the fifth inning.
Matthew Reed went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Tuskegee University in hits.

LOC notched five hits in the game. E Coman and Thompson each had multiple hits for LeMoyne-Owen College Magicians Varsity.
In game two,
Savontae Williams was brilliant on the hill tossing the school's first a no-hitter in seven years to lead TU past LOC 16-0. He pitched seven innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits and striking out 11. Tavin Cary last accomplished that feat for the Golden Tigers in 2012.

Jared Steele finished the final game  of the series driving in four runs. He was also 1-for-2 at the plate. Steele drove in runs on a double in the first and a walk in the fifth.

Joshua Lewis went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Skegee in hits.

Tuskegee will face Columbus State in a midweek contest Wednesday in Montgomery, Ala. at Paterson Field. First pitch is set for 3 p.m.
