James Eads led the game in scoring, shooting 46% from the field (7-of-15) to score 21 points in the loss against Morehouse College 74-69.

Tuskegee drops to 2-4 on the season following a close loss to the Maroon Tigers of Morehouse. Tuskegee fell behind early as the Maroon Tigers pulled away led by Morehouse Forward Xavier Brewer, who had 18 points in the contest, with 12 points coming in the 1st half.

The Maroon Tigers came into the second half up by nine and quickly added to their lead to gain their biggest lead of the contest 60-41 following a three-pointer by Morehouse guard Devin Russell. 

With 12:30 left in the contest, The Golden Tigers cut the deficit, starting a run that lasted nine minutes and 21 seconds. The outstanding run brought the Maroon Tigers' lead down to one with 3:49 remaining in the second half 62-63.

Kaleb Morton made the go-ahead three-pointer to give Tuskegee their first lead since the first half at 65-63. 

Morton finished the night as the second-highest scorer with 14 points and five rebounds. 

Morehouse and Tuskegee battled in the closing minutes until Morehouse pulled away with a pair of free throws to close out the game. 

The Golden Tigers will play Albany State in a doubleheader Monday, December 2nd. Tip-off is set for 7:30 pm In Albany Georgia.
