Baseball drops double-header at Point Univesity

The Tuskegee University baseball team dropped a mid-week double-header at Point University Tuesday afternoon (8-4 game 1, 14-1 game 2) from West Point, Georgia. 

TU captured the lead in the second inning when Lajerrius Haralson drove in two with a single. Point University took the lead for good with four runs in the third inning.  Later in the same inning, an error scored two runs for Point University, on a sac fly that scored one run.

The Golden Tigers would put up four runs in the second inning with singles from Keldric Burton and Haralson.

Jordyn Thomas  surrendered seven runs on five hits over three and a third innings, striking out two and walking one.  Joshua Lewis threw two and two thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Burton, Dominic Johnson, Ryan Green, Lane Williams, and Haralson all had one hit for the Golden Tigers
