In a rival game that has not witnessed back to back wins by the same team since Tuskegee achieved that feat during the 2011 and 2012 seasons, the Golden Tigers ended that streak emphatically by defeating Miles in 2016 and 2017, which includes a 50-20 thumping last year

Last season, Tuskegee racked up a season-high 226 yards of total offense in the first half. This year, the Golden Bears are ranked 9 out of 10 in total defense, giving up an average of 383 yards per game
