TUSKEGEE, Ala. | After spending three days off following their trip to Florida, the Tuskegee University Golden Tigers return to action with the first of three games this week hitting the road to face Georgia Southwestern on Tuesday night.
 
The game tips off at 7:30 est/6:30 cst at The Storm Dome in Americus.
 
Tuskegee (4-2) will be playing against a Peach Belt Conference team for the fourth time this season, and the second time against Georgia Southwestern. The two teams met earlier this season, with Tuskegee coming away with a 58-48 victory on November 21.
 
In that game, James Eads led Tuskegee with 15 points, while Camden Foster added 10 points and eight rebounds. For Georgia Southwestern, Adam Thoseby led the way with 12 and Jure Gunjina added 10.
 
The Golden Tigers enter the contest off of a loss on the road to Saint Leo, but are receiving votes in this week's D2SIDA Region Poll.
 
Tuskegee split their two road games this season, winning against Montevallo and falling to Saint Leo. They are also a perfect 3-0 against teams from the Peach Belt Conference with wins over Montevallo (2-0) and Georgia Southwestern (1-0) so far in 2015-16.
 
The Golden Tigers are led in scoring by Eads and Foster, both averaging 14.2 points while Foster is leading the team in rebounds at 7.0 rebounds per game. Kevin May continues to lead the team in assists at 4.4 per game, and Foster leads the team with 14 total steals in six games.
