TUSKEGEE, Ala. – From the 14:23 mark in the first half until four minutes left in regulation, the Stillman Tigers led the Golden Tigers in a key SIAC game at the James Center on Saturday afternoon. The Golden Tigers (11-9, 8-3 SIAC) tied the game at 66-66 with four minutes left in regulation and forced overtime play with the score knotted at 68. The Stillman Tigers outscored the Golden Tigers 15-7 in overtime, walking away with an 83-75 victory.

The Golden Tigers' six-game winning streak came to an unexpected end at the hands of the Stillman Tigers.

Richard Dixon netted 23 points and had eight caroms for Tuskegee. Elliot Dean added 16 points and Graham Olatunji contributed 15.

Stanley Magee and Markeith Madison each had 19 points for Stillman (12-11, 7-5 SIAC). Justin Harris nailed 11 points and led the Tigers with seven rebounds.

Tuskegee tallied 8-of-13 points from the charity strife, while Stillman drained 22-of-32.

The Golden Tigers defeated Stillman 89-87 on January 27 in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The Golden Tigers will face the Miles College Golden Bears on Monday night at 7:30 p.m. at the James Center Arena.
