TUSKEGEE, (ALA.) - The Tuskegee University athletics department announced today that it has entered a partnership with Church's Chicken® for the 2018-19 season. Through this partnership, the American chain specializing in fried chicken, becomes the official quick service restaurant partner of the Golden Tigers. As the primary corporate partner for the department, the Church's Chicken brand will join forces to connect with fans through a year-round marketing platform to sponsor all 12 sports the university governs.

"Church's Chicken is one of the most recognized national and global quick service restaurant brands in the food service industry, and we are excited they have decided to join the Tuskegee family and most importantly support our student-athletes along with our fan base," said Willie Slater, Tuskegee University Director of Athletics.

"We are honored to support the Golden Tigers organization to help them further their athletic program.  Church's has long supported educational initiatives and views Tuskegee University as one of the real rallying points in this community," said Terry White, Church's Chicken Franchisee in the Alabama area.

The corporate partnership includes media, live audio and video exposures for over 60 athletic events, on-site activations, and various promotions utilizing the brand's trademarks and logos. The partnership will kick off this fall with local franchisees gearing up to activate programs across the nation.
