McCutcheon – an All-SIAC performer – led the team with seven interceptions this season. He finished the season with 40 tackles, including 21 solo. He also recorded 2.5 tackles for loss (five yard lost) and 0.5 sacks (one yard lost). He finished with five pass break-ups and one forced fumble.

For his efforts, McCutcheon was named a BOXTOROW All-American.
