Junior middle blocker Pamela Allen, a preseason all-conference selection, and a First Team All-SIAC selection this season was award the SIAC co-Player of the Year.
 
Allen shared the award with Bria Bronston from Claflin.
 
Allen is a four-time winner of the SIAC Offensive Player of the Week. She currently ranks 23rd in hitting percentage (.364), 83rd in points per set (3.98), 131st in kills per set (3.22) and 221st in aces per set (0.33) in the country. She is also second in the conference in hitting percentage, and third in kills per set and points per set.
